About FRP Acid Storage Tanks
Our FRP Acid Storage Tanks are known for required features, such as good chemical & acid resistance, great mechanical strength and high stability. Also the dual laminate tanks offered by us are made from thermoplastic sheet, which is thoroughly rolled on wooden mould. The FRP Acid Storage Tanks are perfectly welded at seams and coated from the outside with appropriate Fibre-reinforced plastic resin along with a blend of different glass strengthening.
The PVC & PP sheets used in the tanks act as good chemical barrier, and are in effective contact with acid. In addition, the FRP glass fiber reinforced polymer (resin) provides strength required to hold large volumes of acids. The bottom knuckle radius thickness of the tank is double as per ASTM 4097 D norm. We make available the Fibre-reinforced plastic Acid Storage Tanks in standard as well as custom-made option as per needs of clients.
