Our Static Mixer are used to mix different types of paste, liquid, slurry and gases. They are known for features, such as negligible maintenance, long service life and continuous operation.

Our static mixers are designed after thorough study of different process parameters, including viscosity, flow rate, density, pressure drop and required COV coefficient of variation (a measure for level of mixing), flow type, laminar or turbulent, and Reynolds number. They provide the most sophisticated method of mixing. The continual phase material and the additives phase are mixed and passed through several elements. The element shifts the mixture in a radical manner in & out while continuing to flow in axial path. This act leads union and division of flow of material at every element. Ultimately, the mix becomes uniform, ensuing an excellent mixing.
